1. General Provisions

1. The BERLI online store, available at BERLI.pl, is operated by Natural Brands Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Marki at ul. Piłsudskiego 5C, 05-270 Marki, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000694108, NIP: 5252722764, REGON: 368267956.

3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of Customers and the Seller.
4. All prices given in the Store are gross prices and include VAT.

2. Definitions

• Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.
• Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
• Store – BERLI online store.
• Seller – Natural Brands Sp. z o.o.
• Product – goods offered in the Store.

3. Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the Store's website.
2. The condition for order fulfillment is the correct completion of the order form and payment.
3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming acceptance of the order.
4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the event of:
   • incorrect data provided,
   • lack of payment,
   • unavailability of the Product.

4. Payments

1. The Customer may use the following forms of payment:
   • online bank transfer,
   • BLIK,
   • payment card,
   • Apple Pay,
   • Google Pay.
2. Payment operators may be external payment service providers.

5. Delivery

1. Deliveries are made within Poland and selected EU countries.
2. The delivery cost is provided when placing the order.
3. Order fulfillment time is usually 1 to 5 business days.
4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

6. Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should send a relevant declaration to the Seller's email address.
3. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned Product.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
   • opened,
   • used,
   • food products after opening the packaging,
   • perishable products.

7. Complaints

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver the Product in accordance with the contract.
2. Complaints can be submitted via email to: info@berli.pl
3. A complaint should include:
   • order number,
   • description of the problem,
   • photos, if possible.
4. Complaints are processed within 14 days.

8. Products and Liability

1. Products offered in the Store are dietary supplements.
2. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
3. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
4. Products should be stored out of reach of small children.
5. Information provided on the website does not constitute medical advice.

9. User Account

1. The Customer may create a user account in the Store.
2. The Customer is obliged to provide true data.
3. The Seller may delete the user account in case of violation of the Terms and Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

1. All materials in the Store, including photos, graphics, logos, and content, are the property of the Seller or have been used legally.
2. It is forbidden to copy materials without the Seller's consent.

11. Personal Data

1. The administrator of personal data is Natural Brands Sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions

1. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
2. Polish law applies to contracts concluded through the Store.
3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the Store's website.
