BERLI Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

BERLI AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the BERLI Affiliate Program is Natural Brands Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Marki, ul. Piłsudskiego 5C, 05-270 Marki, NIP: 5252722764.

  2. The affiliate program allows Affiliate Partners to promote BERLI brand products in exchange for a sales commission.

2. Definitions

  1. Organizer – Natural Brands Sp. z o.o.

  2. Affiliate Partner – a natural person or company participating in the Affiliate Program.

  3. Client – a person making a purchase through the Affiliate Partner's affiliate link or discount code.

  4. Discount code – an individual code assigned to the Affiliate Partner, entitling the Client to receive a discount.

3. Program Rules

  1. Each Affiliate Partner receives an individual discount code providing the Client with a 10% discount on purchases in the BERLI online store.

  2. The Affiliate Partner receives a commission of 20% of the net value of the Client's entire paid basket.

  3. Commission is calculated only for paid orders, not returned by the Client, and after 15 days from the delivery date of the order.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel commission in the event of order cancellation, product returns, or detection of abuse.

4. Commission Payouts

  1. The minimum commission payout threshold is PLN 200 net.

  2. Payouts are made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Affiliate Partner.

  3. The Partner is obliged to provide correct billing data required for the payout.

  4. The Organizer may withhold commission payouts if there is a suspicion of violation of the terms and conditions or illegal activities.

5. Affiliate Partner's Obligations

  1. The Partner undertakes to promote the BERLI brand in accordance with applicable law and good practices.

  2. It is forbidden to impersonate the BERLI brand, publish misleading content, use spam, or make purchases independently to generate commission.

6. Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

  2. The Organizer may terminate cooperation with the Affiliate Partner in case of violation of the terms and conditions.

  3. The terms and conditions are effective from the date of publication on the BERLI website.
